Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. You will receive a full refund if the order is cancelled. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be in the original packaging. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to return your item. Do not return your item to the manufacturer.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should bear the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier you choose.

There is no restocking fee for returns.
